Incoming materials — motors, batteries, controllers, sensors, aluminum alloy structural parts, brush assemblies, and electronic components — are inspected upon arrival.
Process inspections are carried out at critical production stages, including machining, assembly, wiring, waterproofing, and calibration.
The installation status of the chassis, traveling module, brush system, battery system, sensors, and control module is checked.
Safety checks are performed on the battery, electrical control system, wiring, interfaces, and protective devices.
Each basic function of the robot is tested to confirm normal operation.
Performance testing verifies that the robot meets its design performance standards.
Equipment is tested for waterproofing, dust resistance, continuous operation, and durability.
A 100% pre-shipment inspection is conducted on finished units.
